October Boxycharm

Can you guys believe that October is over half way gone now!! It’s crazy to think about, that also means that my birthday is next week. Which is also wild to think about. Josh and I spend two hours yesterday at the passport office getting our no fee passport, which is just another thing checked off the list for the move in the spring. Now we have to get a visa for me and that will get most of the items checked off as far as paperwork goes. This months Boxycharm came at the prefect time and I’m so excited to start using all of the products.

PoreDermabrasion by Dr. Brandt
I was so excited when I saw that there was a Dr. Brandt product in this months box. About six months ago we received the Microdermabrasion and my bottle has about two more uses in it. I was debating whether I wanted to make the splurge to pick up another bottle. Then I saw that we were receiving the Poredermabrasion and got excited because I’ve really enjoyed other products by Dr. Brandt. I’ve only used this product once but I love it just as much as the Microdermabrasion. The products are only slightly different but I’m excited to see if this product helps improve my skin the same way the Microdermabrasion has.

Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighter in Prosecco Pop by Becca
Highligher has become my favorite beauty product of the moment. So I got a Becca Highlighter I was over the moon. There were two choices that everyone receive one was the pressed powder the other was the liquid highlighter. I do wish that I received the liquid version because I already own Prosecco Pop in the Jaclyn Hill palette that was released a year or so ago. I am enjoying that this is in a compact thought, which is nice. This product give you that prefect highlighter glow for day or night.

Tarteist Matte Lip Paint in Homeslice by Tarte
These Lip Paints are quickly becoming some of my favorite liquid lip. I usually reach for liquid lips when I wear lip color these days because they stay on all day and you don’t have to worry about touch ups. I love the shade that I got because it’s a great day time color, a pinky-nude, that matches my skin tone very well.

“Nailed It” Tool Kit by ncLA
I’m not the biggest nail person. I have a small collection of nail colors that I haven’t touched in a year, expect to throw away the bad polishes. While I probably won’t get the most use out of this as some other people, it’s great to have. Plus I’m probably overdue for so new nail clippers. Considering most of the clippers that I own are ones that I took from my parents house when I moved out (hope they aren’t still looking for them).

Lip Liner Pencil by Jonteblu
I’ve started to wear lip liners a bit more right now. It’s a great way to change up the color of a liquid lip without having to mix two or more colors together. This is great little lip liner because it goes on so smooth. Plus you can use just the pencil by itself as a lip color. This color goes with so many lip colors that I have reaching for recently and quickly becoming a most reached for product of all the lip liners that I own.
