Christmas weekend is all about comfort for us. Walks around our neighborhood, Holiday movies, hot chocolate, board games, and too many sweets. We have all of our present wrapped and under the tree, gone to the grocery store, and ready to spend the few days relaxing. Usually Christmas time is crazy for us making sure we see all of our families in a few days. I grew up in a divorced house so Christmas morning was spent with my mom and sister at my uncles house for brunch. Then in the afternoon head over to my dad’s house and have a second round of Christmas with his side of the family. I love spending Christmas this way, but it’s weird to me when we aren’t doing that. Since it’s just Josh and I together for Christmas this year we loaded up on board games and snacks and ready to celebrate a low-key holiday weekend.
